Successful 2019 ICORE season closes

We held our last ICORE match of the 2019 season today and it was probably the best match of the year.  Our club is highly respected within the ICORE community for our dedication to the ICORE shooting discipline and for our professionalism, friendliness, and safe, challenging, but very fun matches.  This year we attracted competitors from all over Ontario and Quebec and I heard many positive compliments from visiting competitors about our members, our club and our facilities.

I want to thank all of our volunteers, without whom we could not hold these matches.  I also want to thank my fellow match director Mike who worked very hard with me to provide top quality safe matches, we could not have held these matches without his efforts.

I want to remind our members that you are never too young or too old to try ICORE, a fun competitive revolver sport. If you want to learn more about competing contact me at sffgc.icore@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you feel safe and confident, and have fun shooting your first ICORE match.

We will be posting our 2020 schedule in a few months, and we hope to have a big surprise for next year.

Thanks again everyone,

David O'Connor
